This is the house I grew up in until the age of 11 and today I’ve realized the dream of buying it back and completely renovating it. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bath.

Luckie’s and The Warehouse
1209 Wayne Avenue (Commercial Structure)
On Wayne Avenue near Clover Street, you’ll find the old Luckie’s Check Cashing business that has been gutted on the inside to the original walls. We will be happy to build out this space to meet your business needs. Behind is a large warehouse that we are currently using to store materials salvaged from various jobs, as well as offering some extra storage space to some of the great neighbors.

Humpty Dumpty
639 Oak Street Dayton, OH 45410
All the king’s horses and all the king’s men couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty together again—but we did! This home started as a 900 sq ft shotgun cottage, but due to extensive fire and termite damage, it was rebuilt as a story and a half with nearly 1,600 sq ft. Today it’s stunning and has the sense of a loft. The combined kitchen and dining room creates a great space for entertaining, which spills out onto the deck and back patio.
Upstairs you’ll find a master suite with a private balcony, a laundry closet and an open loft space that makes for a great office, nursery or guest bedroom. This home offers the best of both worlds, the feel of an urban loft in Dayton’s hottest historic district.

This home started out as two separate cottages but was joined together to create one great, sprawling home that offers living space on one side and the private space on the other. Both bedrooms have private porches for reading the morning paper or sipping a cocktail at the end of the day. A large deck connects the back of the two houses and the privacy fence makes you feel like you’re safe and protected from the rest of the world.
The living space includes a living room, dining room, office with French doors, and a stunning kitchen with tall maple cabinets and a large dining area. Add a half bath with stacking washer & dryer, a pantry and broom closet and you have more space than you would expect in a home this size.

June's House
623 Oak Street Dayton, OH 45410
This little cottage holds lots of big surprises inside. This was one of the favorite houses in the 2007 Rehabarama for its bold colors and flexible floor plan. A bright, bold red living room, spacious kitchen, office, bedroom and changing area/laundry room make this home feel larger than it is.
As much as there is to love inside, the yard is spacious with a new cedar picket fence surrounding the front and privacy fencing in back creating a quiet retreat from the world and a perfect setting for the famous South Park Porch, Patio & Deck
(PPD) Parties.
