Restoring Historic Dayton neighborhoods, one house at a time.
South Park's Rehabarama 2007 brought over 6,000 visitors to our neighborhood in October to see ten newly renovated and professionally decorated homes, five of which were completed by Full Circle Development.
The Rehabarama partnership between the City of Dayton and the HBA of Dayton dates back to 1993 in the McPherson Town Neighborhood just over the river from downtown Dayton. Unlike previous shows, however, all of the investment from Rehabarama 2007 came from private funding sources. Together, Full Circle Development and The Home Group have invested over $2 million in the transformation of Historic South Park.
